Dependable HVAC and Home Services in Southwest Virginia

Our Legacy

Viar Brothers carries forward a tradition of quality originally established by three brothers Kenneth, Steve, and Garry Viar. Today, Garry’s son leads the family business into its next chapter, combining a lifelong background in the trade with rigorous training, licensing, and hands on experience to earn his place at the helm.

Local Roots

Born and raised in Southwest Virginia, Garry and his wife, Kaelin, are raising their family right here in the Roanoke Valley. Surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, this community is far more than just a service area for the Viar family it is home.

Core Values

Being a local business means standing behind our work, treating neighbors with respect, and providing honest service. Whether helping a long time client or a first time caller, Garry and his team are deeply grateful for every opportunity to serve local homes and businesses.

Our Promise

Our goal is to honor the strong foundation built by the original Viar brothers while delivering a modern, dependable service the Roanoke Valley can rely on for generations to come. Thank you for supporting a local, family owned business.
